Depending on needs and company size a choice can be made among the following license types:

Visulox Single Component License

The following components are available:

• Each active server, on which the Visulox service or Visulox audit service is installed, requires a Visulox basic license.
• Each active user requires a Visulox User License or Visulox User + 2FA License.
• Each active application that has to be recorded requires a Visulox recorder license.

Example: A Remote Access System consists of two OSGD servers and two Visulox systems as well as a Visulox audit system. 250 users are online at the same time, each of which uses three applications concurrently. One of these applications is recorded. This leads to the following license requirement:

• 3 Visulox basic licenses (2 Visulox systems, 1 system audit)
• 250 Visulox user licenses
• 750 Applications, 250 with recorder = 250 Visulox recorder licenses

For more than 50 users, we offer an “extended license use right” – The possibility to use more licenses than contractually agreed. In the course of the following year, the license requirements will be calculated on the basis of the actually used licenses and a new “extended license use” right granted. This only applies if annual maintenance is ordered.

Visulox Unlimited Array License

This license allows unlimited use of Visulox to one database and one audit database. It includes the use of the software on a test and inspection system, provided it is not used as a productive system.

Visulox Company Side License

This license allows unlimited use of Visulox in a company. This excludes subsidiaries.
