Using Visulox Depot films and file transfer data can be stored on an external storage medium (Depot). In the Management Desk the information is still display, but the volume-oriented films or file transfer data are not accessible. The externally stored data are marked and can be re-requested by the request function from the depot. These will be imported with a CLI tool.

The tool helps to reduce locale storage space and also to transmit information to an revision/audit team.
