Our Management solution serves to create and maintain a detailed overview in the IT area. An overview of who is carrying out and has carried out which activities where and when in the IT infrastructure. However, the Management solution not only creates an overview, it also facilitates the assignment of access control and associated reporting for the IT infrastructure.
This means that only people with authorisation can access the company, either internal employees or visitors, suppliers and service providers holding an “access permit”, with clear restrictions on when, how long and in which areas these “employees” may move around in the company.
This is a process which is a given for you and your company in real life and which we have transferred to the IT infrastructure – through the development of a “virtual security desk”!
Our “virtual security desk” gives you the possibility to assign controlled access to your IT infrastructure to internal and external employees, administrators and IT service providers. This is limited to defined times or time periods and always booked under their own individual reference numbers of course. The integrated reporting tool subsequently provides a comprehensive report with all of the data – who worked when, on what, for how long and who authorised this.
In this way, you will always have an overview and can track at any time what is happening in your IT infrastructure and on whose order. We call this responsible management in terms of SOX, IT compliance, data protection, etc.
